What if I receive damaged or defective merchandise?

If you receive your order and one or more of your items is damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@bikehub.com.

Include pictures of the item and shipping box with a brief description of the issue. We'll then let you know how to proceed. 

Note: Claims for return or exchange of damaged or defective merchandise must be made within 30 days of your date of purchase. Damaged order claims made after 30 days may be subject to a restocking fee or be denied outright. Any damage caused by user error or abuse will not be eligible for return or exchange.
