What are your return policies?

RETURN POLICIES

• Any item in NEW condition, with undamaged packaging, including all its accessories, tags and literature, can be returned for 100% of purchase price within 30 days of purchase
• Items can be returned to any of our retail stores or shipped directly back to us
• Customer is responsible for any shipping costs related to the return
• Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment
• Wheels, wheel sets, car racks, child seats, and certain other oversized items are subject to a $40 restocking fee
• Any item that is not in as-new condition, missing the packaging, and cannot be sold as new will be subject to a 40% restocking fee, or may be rejected
• Absolutely no returns on:
  • Undergarments
  • Tools that have been opened from the package
  • Food and Nutritional Supplements
  • Parts or components that have been used
