Bike Hub access kiosks require a physical* RFID Transit card to park and retrieve your bike. Your transit card must be registered to your Bike Hub account.
Kiosks can read CLIPPER cards, used in the SF Bay area.
Have a newer Clipper card with a 19-digit number? It will work at our kiosks, but it needs a one-time setup first. Register the card to your account as usual, then call 888-659-2291 and we’ll help activate it.
*Kiosks can not read Clipper cards stored on a mobile device- you must have a physical plastic card.
