Do I need an access card?

Bike Hub access kiosks require a physical* RFID Transit card to park and retrieve your bike.  Your transit card must be registered to your Bike Hub account.  

Kiosks can read TAP cards, used in the LA Metro area, and CLIPPER cards, used  in the SF Bay area.

*Kiosks can not read the Clipper or TAP apps for a mobile phone - you must have a physical plastic Transit card.
