BikeHub operates a number of programs and they're not all the same!

Premium BikeHub account.
You'll need a BikeHub Premium account to access Palo Alto, or Sacramento BikeHubs. Membership is available in week, month, or annual passes and grants 24/7 key-card access to our secure bike parking rooms.
Basic BikeHub account.
You'll need a basic account to use our Smart Bike Racks. (Valet locations will soon require a basic account). Registration is completely free and helps us track parking availability.
BikeLink locations at BART.
BART's controlled-access Bike Stations are powered by BikeLink. A BikeHub account is NOT needed. More detail about BikeLink stations here.
